Today the little man came home early from school. He wanted to go on a walk.
SPRING IS COMING!
It was a glorious walk! Winter is long, much too long. It was wonderful to be out in the bright beautiful sunshine. Snow is melting all around making dripping, running noises and lots of puddles. There is a smell to spring. Hard to describe but distinct all the same! Birds were all around. Everything just feels like it is waking up from it's long dark slumber.
It was as if a door was swung wide open and my soul was released from its dark imprisonment!
Spring, wonderful glorious spring!!!
