For those of you that don't already know I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints--LDS or sometimes referred to as "Mormons." This past Sunday night our beloved President and Prophet Gordon B. Hinkley passed away. We are all saddened by this loss, however, the joy that we feel because he is being reunited with his beloved Marjorie is so tender. He was 97 1/2 years old. He was strong and healthy until a few days ago. He has been an incredible blessing in my life.
There are many wonderful tributes. Mine doesn't do him justice. He was like a grandfather that always had a twinkle in his eye. He was wise yet kind. He seemed to truly understand what we struggle with daily.
He will be missed.
